Hemming Service Measurements
Hemming is a precise art. In order to work out your correct measurement:
Trousers: measure the inside leg of a pair of well fitting trousers from the crutch (where the seams meet) to the bottom of the trouser.
Skirt: measure the centre of the skirt from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the skirt.
Dress: measure from the highest point on the dress (which will be at the shoulder) to the bottom of the dress.
Sleeves: measure the overarm from shoulder seam to the bottom of the sleeve.
Do not measure your body. Place the item of clothing on a flat surface and measure, keeping relaxed, not stretching it.
